Are you interested in knowing how to build a skateboard before you get your first set up? Have your first board and need some instructions?

To build a skateboard is not a very difficult thing to do. Even if you are a beginner and just bought all of you first pieces it will be easy to walk you through the process. Sure, you can let the guy at the store put it together for you. I think it will turn out better if you put it together yourself. You will also have a sense of pride from learning how to build one yourself.

The links below will walk you through each part of how I build a board. There will be helpful pictures if you get lost. I will give you some tips and hopefully this is an enjoyable experience if you have never built one before.

I can remember before I first started skateboarding I never had much self-pride. Skateboarding has brought a lot into my life. I can remember sitting in my living room putting together my first few boards. Sometimes I would take them apart and clean them and stuff, because I just loved skateboarding so much. I knew I had finally found my thing in life when I started skateboarding.
